Delete your RYNE account

You can delete your RYNE account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

The fastest way — in the app

Open RYNE and sign in.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

If you cannot access the app

Email Hello@tradesmarketing.ai from the email address on your RYNE account, with the subject "RYNE account deletion request".

We verify the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, ZIP code, profile photo and email address
Your consultation history and every message you sent
Every photo you uploaded
Your job records, quotes, ratings and reviews
Contractors: your business details, licence number and insurance document

What we may keep, and why

If another user has reported your account for abuse, we may keep a record of that report after the account is deleted so we can act on repeat behaviour. It contains no more personal information than is needed for that purpose.

We may also keep information where the law requires it. We keep nothing else.
