RYNE is operated by TRADES MARKETING AI LLC ("we", "us"). RYNE connects homeowners with local contractors for remote consultations about home projects. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the RYNE mobile apps and the RYNE service.

We do not collect payment card details. RYNE does not process payments and holds no card or bank information. We do not collect precise location — ZIP code only. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.
Your name, ZIP code and profile photo are visible to other signed-in RYNE users. Contractor profiles, including business name, trades, ratings and reviews, are visible to signed-in users so homeowners can choose who to contact.
Everything you share inside a consultation — messages, photos, project descriptions — is visible only to you and the other participant in that consultation.
A contractor's licence number, insurance document and earnings are private to that contractor and are not visible to other users.
We share personal information only with service providers who host and run RYNE on our behalf:
We may disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, or a threat to someone's safety.
The Marketing Agent is a contractor-only feature. When a contractor submits photos of a completed job along with typed notes or a voice recording, those items are sent to the Lovable AI Gateway, which uses Google Gemini and OpenAI models, so that a written project page can be generated. Voice recordings are transcribed by the same service.
This applies only to material a contractor deliberately submits to the Marketing Agent. Photos and messages shared by a homeowner during a consultation are never sent to any AI service. Those stay between the two people in that consultation.
The AI provider processes this material on our behalf in order to produce the content, and we do not permit it to be used for advertising. Contractors choose what to submit, and the feature can simply not be used.
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Consultation messages, photos and job records are kept while the account is active so both parties keep their history. Reports of abuse may be retained after the reported account is closed, so we can act on repeat behaviour.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, your messages, your uploaded photos and your job records. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion at the account deletion page.
You can access, correct or delete your personal information. Deleting your account removes it. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
RYNE is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your consultation content is restricted at the database level so that only you and the other participant can read it. Photos you upload are private and served through expiring links.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
